TIME
We can also say that "Time is a unit by which we measure the distance or displacement travelled by a body along all the bodies which is moving or not moving in this universe.
> "Time is countinuosly running" as we know, but actually time is not running. All the bodies present in this universe is running that's why time is running. If everything in this world comes to rest, then we can say that time is stopped.
This is because time make comparison between the bodies which are moving in this universe.
According to the Albert Einstein, If we travelled at the speed of light in space and come back to earth, then we travelled much time than the peoples who are on the earth.
WHY EINSTEIN SAID THIS ?
I'm going to explain it with very simple example. Suppose that you and your friend is going to park which is about 5 km away from your house. Your friend is going there with car ( avg. speed 20km/hr ) and you are going there with your bicycle ( avg. speed 8km/hr ). You both starts at same time but your friend will reach there first. So we can say that your friend travel time faster than you. In other words you and your friend have to travel from point A -your house (which is your Present) to point B- park ( which will be your Future ) In this way your friend have traveled in time much faster than you and he is in future before you.
What happens when you travels at speed of light?
Suppose that you are in a time machine and if you travels at the speed of light then you can observe that every thing is in this world came in rest. Because when you are at the speed of light you can continuously seeing the same light as you seen in first. That's why every thing is in this world came in rest for you.
What happens when you travel at speed which is more than the speed of light?
If you travels at the speed which is more than speed of light then you observe that every thing is going in reverse. Because you are faster than light so you are just lefting behind the light which is reflected in past. So you are watching this world as reverse motion. We can also say that we can see our past if we travel at speed more than light. But this is not possible at this time because, we have not any vehicle which runs at speed of light or more than the speed of light.
So we can say that time traveling is possible if we can able to make a vehicle which runs at speed of light.
There is one more way to travel at speed of light, and that is change yourself in light. I am going to explain it with an example. When you are talking with your friend with your cell phone, how your friend can hear your voice?
When you speak in phone's microphone, microphone converted that sound in electrical waves which is send by your cell phone to your friend's cell phone with wireless connection ( Radiation ). Your friend's cell phone again converts that sound in electrical waves and speaker outputs that electric wave in the form of sound.
The speed of sound in air is about 344 m/s but, by converting it in to radiation we can send it so far and with high speed. So we can travel at speed of light by converting ownself in to light, but how? That thing we can't do.
